- They are twenty-one years of age or
older.
- Some have children of their own, while
others do not.
- Some have full-time jobs, and some
work part time.
- Foster parents have varying levels of
income, but all are able to provide for
the needs of the children they care for.
- Homeowners can be foster parents.
- Renters can be foster parents too.
- Foster parents may belong to a church,
synagogue or mosque. But they don't
have to!
- Some foster parents are physically
challenged.
- Foster parents can be heterosexual or
homosexual.
- Foster parents come from all different
walks of life, different lifestyles,
different races, and different life
experiences.
